Setup, access and game day—without the guesswork.
Yes. Upload CSV or Excel files for teams, rosters, parent contacts and games. Match columns, review team and player matches, and resolve issues before saving to the selected season. You can also make individual updates from the dashboard.
Send referees their secure game links. They control scores, the clock, timeouts and halftime from a supported phone browser, then confirm the final score. Set half duration, timeouts and halftime length to match your league’s rules.
Confirmed updates are saved on the server. After reconnecting, the screen refreshes scores and synchronizes the clock. If an update fails, check the error and retry; an unconfirmed change should not be treated as saved.
When your league enables stat tracking, a designated stat keeper enters player stats through a separate secure link, or an operator adds them after the game. Referees run the scoreboard. Submitted stats contribute to player and season totals after the required review; availability depends on your league’s settings and access.
Yes. Choose a model for each season. All-In is invoiced at $5 per distinct active rostered athlete, with parents paying $0. Parent Pass costs parents $5 per verified child per season. League Earn costs parents $10 per verified child per season and pays the league $5 per paid child through Stripe Connect. Connect Stripe before activating League Earn. Card-processing fees are shown at checkout.
Each paid pass covers one verified child for one season, including their team games, schedule, results, division standings and individual stats. Additional children need separate passes, even on the same team. All-In removes parent checkout, but each parent still verifies their relationship before viewing their child’s individual stats.
No app download is needed. Families open their team link in a supported modern browser and can stay signed in on up to three devices. Paid family access is a one-time payment for the selected child and season, with no automatic renewal. Final scores are publicly shareable.
