In 2022, Gavin began building Louisiana Flag Football and encountered recurring operator challenges around registration, team coordination, game-day consistency, and family communication.

He responded by documenting workflows for the recurring work involved in operating the league.

He focused on clearer processes instead of ad hoc fixes.
The goal was repeatable execution across each season.

As the organization developed, the league became a place to test and refine those operating workflows.

Gavin designed frameworks to organize recurring work across staff, coaches, referees, and families.

Those frameworks included:

• Automated registration workflows for signup, payment, and roster handling
• Marketing systems for planning year-round outreach
• Game-day operations protocols for documenting recurring field responsibilities
• Coach and referee training systems for giving staff shared references
• Communication structures for standardizing routine family updates

These systems became the operating foundation used inside Louisiana Flag Football.
