The Story
In 2022, Gavin saw an opportunity to reshape youth flag football in Louisiana. The sport was exploding in popularity, but most leagues were unorganized, inconsistent, and unable to scale. Families wanted professional experiences. Kids deserved better environments. Yet most operators were overwhelmed and under-resourced.
Instead of accepting the status quo, Gavin built Louisiana Flag Football from the ground up — not through trial-and-error, but by engineering the systems that youth sports organizations desperately needed.
