Intellectual Property & License Agreement

Overview

FlagFootballAdvice.com provides licensed operating systems, training, tools, and professional standards for youth flag football leagues.

When you purchase or access any FlagFootballAdvice.com program, you are not purchasing ownership of the materials. You are granted a limited license to use our systems internally to operate your league.

This licensing model protects the integrity of our standards and ensures consistent implementation across certified leagues.

Ownership of Materials

All content and materials provided by FlagFootballAdvice.com, including but not limited to:

• Courses and training modules
• Videos, PDFs, and written materials
• Templates, playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks
• Tools, calculators, and software features
• Branding, logos, graphics, and designs

are the exclusive intellectual property of FlagFootballAdvice.com, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

License Grant

Upon purchase, FlagFootballAdvice.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials internally within your league organization.

This license allows your league's leadership team and internal staff to use the systems solely for the purpose of operating your league.

The license does not grant ownership, resale rights, or authority to train or certify others outside your organization.

Permitted Use

Under this license, you may:

• Use the systems, templates, and frameworks to operate your league
• Share materials internally with your leadership team, coaches, referees, and staff
• Customize templates and workflows for your league's internal operations

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or post materials publicly
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any content or access
• Use our systems to train, consult, or advise other leagues or organizations
• Represent yourself as a certifying, governing, or consulting authority using our materials
• Create competing products, services, courses, or resources based on our content
• Reverse engineer, duplicate, or white-label any tools, templates, or systems
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Account Access & Sharing

Access to FlagFootballAdvice.com programs is limited to the organization and seat allocation specified at purchase.

Sharing login credentials, files, or materials outside your organization or beyond the authorized seat count is strictly prohibited.

Certification & Public Representation

Certification, registry listing, and public use of FlagFootballAdvice.com branding or credentials are maintained only through active annual certification.

If certification lapses or is revoked:

• Your league may continue internal use of previously licensed materials
• Your league may not claim certified status or display certification badges
• Registry listings, public credentials, and associated benefits will be removed

Enforcement & Revocation

FlagFootballAdvice.com reserves the right to revoke access, certification, or licensing privileges for violations of this agreement.

Violations may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access
• Revocation of certification or registry listing
• Legal action where appropriate
