Wholesale & Dropship Fulfillment Policy

1. Role of FlagFootballAdvice.com

We act as a middleman / facilitator connecting leagues to Suppliers. We are not the manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

2. Quotes, Lead Times, and Estimates

Lead times are estimates and may change due to supplier constraints, seasonality, customs, or carrier delays.

3. Samples and Quality Variations

Manufacturing can produce minor variations (shade, stitch, print placement, sizing tolerance). Minor variations are not defects.

4. Artwork, Sizing, and Customer Accuracy

You are responsible for correct:

  • sizing charts and roster counts
  • spelling and artwork approval
  • shipping address accuracy

Errors approved by the customer are not refundable.

5. Proof Approval (Critical)

For custom goods, production begins after your written approval (email, portal approval, or e-sign). Post-approval changes may be impossible.

6. Defects and Claims Window

Defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with:

  • photos/videos of the issue
  • quantity affected
  • order number

We will coordinate supplier remedy (repair, replace, credit) at our discretion based on supplier policy.

7. Returns

Custom and bulk orders are typically final sale. Returns are only accepted if explicitly authorized in writing.

8. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk transfers upon shipment handoff to carrier. Carrier issues are handled via tracking + claims, where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods only, excluding consequential damages.
