Consulting is educational and advisory. You are responsible for implementation and outcomes. No guarantees are made regarding growth, profit, safety, or compliance.

Nature of Services

Consulting is advisory and educational. You are responsible for decisions and implementation. Unless explicitly stated in a signed writing, consulting does not include legal review, insurance review, or compliance certification.

Our consulting services may include:

  • League enhancement consulting
  • Backend operations support
  • Systems implementation guidance
  • Strategic planning sessions
  • Operational audits and assessments
  • Custom frameworks and templates

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All decisions made based on consulting advice
  • Implementation of strategies and systems
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Safety protocols and risk management
  • Hiring qualified professionals (legal, insurance, medical) as needed
  • Outcomes and results from your operations

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee or promise specific results from consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Registration growth or revenue increases
  • Operational efficiency improvements
  • Reduced disputes or incidents
  • Improved safety outcomes
  • Staffing success or retention
  • Compliance with regulations

Results vary based on market conditions, execution, effort, resources, and many external factors beyond our control.

Payment and Refunds

Fees for consulting, coaching, and operational services are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes situations where strategy sessions or calls have been scheduled or completed, consulting work has started, or time has been invested in your project.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited as stated in the Terms of Service. Our total liability for any consulting engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
